Campaign For The
Victims of Callum Haycock
Thanks to your help, we have currently raised:
£1500.00
The Campaign
When a recent story surfaced that a five year old girl had been raped and the perpetrator was set free with no jail time, just a £250 fine and a £2500 compensation fee we knew we just had to step in. Save Our Children Charity is seeking to raise £7,700 on their behalf.
Despite being found guilty by a U.K. judge, twenty-one year old Callum Haycock was given no jail time and was released back into society as a free man. Furthermore, Mr Haycock has only been put on the sexual offenders list for just five years. Not only is this an insult to the victim’s family, but an insult to every other vulnerable child in the U.K. This decision sets the bar very low for how our legal system values the lives of our innocent and underaged children.
The family of the victim has been understandably ‘ripped apart’ by the event and have submitted an appeal to the U.K. High Court.

Save Our Children Charity cannot, and will not continue to rely on our justice system for this case because we have the power to make the positive changes ourselves. We are seeking to raise money so that support can be provided to the victim and the family. But, more importantly, so that legal representation can be funded to ensure there is a proper case presented at a retrial. Without this, justice cannot be served.
This campaign will spread awareness on the threat that this man poses to society, the shocking nature of the case itself and raise money to support the victim and their family. Crucially, however, Save Our Children Charity seeks to hold the perpetrator accountable and make the public aware that this threat to our children is still very much alive.
We thank you in advance for any contributions you make to the plight of the victim and the family.
The Result
Since the beginning of the campaign, we have raised over £1500. We are simply blown away by this.
We set out knowing that there was a child in need of help and a massive amount of awareness that needed to be created to show that Callum Haycock was a free man. Our message spread far and wide and we received donations from over forty countries. Furthermore, we had 12 influencers with over 100k followers share the campaign and the Childs story. That is over 1.2 million people we reached right there alone with our message. We would say thats pretty good… wouldn’t you?
Since reaching out to the family, we have used the funds raised to pay for over 60 hours of private therapy for the young girl. This therapy began in early April so the process is well and truly underway. Whilst the evil acts of Callum Haycock can never be undone, this therapy will help a child’s life become beautiful once more.
Thank you to all involved.
Campaign Objectives
Here, we outline to you what we aim to achieve in alignment with our ‘Three Pillars’ System.
Awareness
1) Highlight to the public that the perpetrator is a free man
2) Underline how the justice system can endanger vulnerable children
Victim Support
1) Fund therapy for the victim and the family
2) Cover legal fee’s for the retrial
3) Healing the wounds of the victims so that having a degree of normality in their lives becomes achievable and not a distant dream
Accountability
1) Make the justice system accountable to the people. If they want to convince us they are protecting children, we must see it in their decisions
2) Individuals looking to commit crimes against children must know that if the justice system fails to sentence properly, the people will expose them and fight back
