Without you, we are nothing.
As some have noticed, we are a relatively new organization. To become a registered charity in the U.K. we are required to have £5000 cash reserves in the bank which we currently do not have. However, we are open to donations should anyone want to help out…
But seriously, the stamp of approval that being a registered charity has in the minds of people is significant and since our inception we have had a few questions (quite rightly) from people about who regulates us if it isn’t an official regulator. Well, the answer to this is simple.
You do.
Our founders have been very vocal on their own platforms and have been happy to work under their real names in the public sphere. At Save Our Children Charity, we are big on accountability and that is no different when it comes to our relationship with our kind and generous donors. We solely rely on this symbiotic trust based relationship to fund our campaigns.
You are our regulator and it is your faith in us to do the right thing that gives us the ability to exist. To say we are grateful of the trust you have put in us thus far is an understatement.
